Employees (NHVAS Employee)
ServiceTracker's NHVAS Employee module allows you to record employee information in conjunction with maintenance and NHVAS activities. The Employee register tracks employee information including licencing information, start ( & end) dates and contractor information as required. Incidents / Accidents can be tracked against and employee and a vehicle.
Training is recorded with important documents scanned and attached for fast retrieval. The recurring reminders ensure that Drivers Licence, Forklift, MSIC etc. are addressed before expiry. Medicals are recorded, prompted when due to expire and also allow for a scanned/electronic copy to be attached.
