Fleet Maintenance & Compliance
Gearbox is fleet maintenance software that manages any asset requiring periodic maintenance or inspections. It enables users to easily track maintenance for any vehicle, plant or equipment, as well as repairs, tyres, fuel, prestarts and other miscellaneous items. Gearbox gives warnings for expiries of registrations, permits, components or inspections and services due. The software also assists with NHVAS accreditation by automating quarterly compliance reviews.
Gearbox is divided into five different modules: Maintenance, Compliance, Employee, Documents and Inventory. The Maintenance module is compulsory but all others are optional so that customers only pay for the features that they would like. Users and modules may be added or removed as required.

Prestart & Fault Report App
Prestart is an app that enables operators to conduct electronic prestarts and fault reports, including attaching signatures and photos of failed items. It is the driver app for Gearbox - prestarts, fault reports, odometer readings, photos and signatures migrate seamlessly from Prestart to Gearbox in real time. Prestart is designed to improve efficiency and speed up operations by reducing the costs associated with missed or lost documents, waiting for paperwork and manual data entry.
The insights that Prestart makes accessible, such as which vehicles have had their prestarts completed and how often items fail, can be used to improve business operations.
There are three different versions of Prestart available - a Web, Apple or Android app - depending on which devices operators have access to.
Prestart costs $5/user/month.
Prestart integrates with Gearbox and Logchecker.
Fatigue Compliance Tool
LogChecker is a web-based fatigue management tool used to assist in meeting compliance and accreditation requirements. The Diary Page style interface allows “Click & Drag” entry of driver hours on a PC so that they can be checked against Standard, BFM, 2UP and WA benchmarks. LogChecker also assists companies in maintaining fatigue compliance for drivers and other personnel in the Chain of Responsibility by automatically generating non-conformances when a driver breaches.
Additionally, LogChecker manages driver medicals and licenses with expiry reminders and streamlines quarterly compliance reporting requirements to make compliance and accreditation as simple and straightforward as possible.
The minimum cost of LogChecker is $33/month, which covers three drivers. Each extra driver costs $6.60/month.
The standard LogChecker system does not integrate with any other software or telematics.
Real Time Fatigue Compliance Tool
LogChecker Live is a web-based driver app designed to help manage fatigue compliance. It is operated by the driver on either an Apple or Android smartphone. LogChecker Live runs within our Prestart app, which also enables drivers to complete electronic Prestart checks and Fault Reports. It is not an Electronic Work Diary, rather a tool to assist drivers with driving hours compliance in real time. LogChecker Live sends a live feed to LogChecker so that managers can monitor driver hours and prevent a breach from occurring.
When integrated with Procon Telematics, ignition, braking, cornering and acceleration events are overlaid on the fatigue timeline with variable alerts based on frequency and severity.
LogChecker Live costs $23/user/month, which also includes the use of Prestart.
Logchecker Live integrates with Prestart & Procon Telematics.
